The Board Meeting Privacy Policy

The Board Meeting collects the information needed to provide member access, manage subscriptions, maintain the member directory, and communicate about meetings and account activity.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, profile details you choose to provide, authentication account information from Google or Apple, subscription status, billing identifiers, and usage information related to your member account.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate members, operate the private member portal, process subscriptions, provide meeting and directory features, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and improve the service.

Payments

Payments and billing portal access are handled by Stripe. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.

Service Providers

We use service providers such as Supabase for authentication and database services, Google and Apple for sign-in, Vercel for hosting, and Stripe for payments. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.

Member Directory

Member profile information may be visible to other signed-in members when you complete or publish your profile. Public visitors do not receive full member directory access.

Data Choices

You may update account profile details from the member portal. You may also contact us to request help with account access, corrections, or deletion where required by law.
