These terms govern your use of The Board Meeting website, member portal, meetings, directory, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Membership
Membership provides access to private founder meetings, member resources, and account features made available through the site. Access may require an active subscription and a valid Google or Apple account.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscription pricing, renewal timing, and cancellation options are shown during checkout or in the billing portal. Access may end if a subscription is canceled, unpaid, or otherwise inactive.
Member Conduct
Members are expected to treat other members respectfully, keep private meeting and directory information confidential, and avoid using the service for spam, harassment, unlawful activity, or unauthorized data collection.
Content and Directory Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of profile or business information you provide. We may remove or limit content that is inaccurate, harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the community.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time as the membership and website evolve.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Board Meeting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
